See what?

So apparently our boy has inherited both Robbie's and my awesome vision... We were at a preschool evaluation a few weeks ago and he failed his vision test. The aim this little contraption at their eyes and it reads levels... or something like that. So off to the doctor we went. Aidan was so good. He sat perfectly still and listened to directions very well. The doctor actually tested his vision the old fashioned way. I would have taken pictures... but he was on my lap! The ladies in the front were so excited to play with Claire while we were in the room. We discovered he is near sighted. His worst eye is 20/80. The doctor said that if he doesn't were the glasses much we shouldn't worry, but they will help him see better so hopefully we can get him to keep them on.

He was so excited to sit in the big chair while she adjusted his glasses.

I think this was the moment when he realized he could see far away things so much more clearly!

So far he will only wear them for short periods of time. I'm OK with that for now. Any longer and he would probably break them (on purpose). He has already thrown them across the room and bent the sides out (thankfully they are the wire hook kind) and it has only been a day. He was very excited to show them to his friend Kadian and then to his friend Makayla. Told you he was a stud!
